RN Charge Nurse
Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day to day nursing activities performed by the CNA's. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. The Charge Nurse is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties. The charge nurse is directly responsible to the Nursing Supervisor/Clinical Coordinator.
LPN Charge Nurse

CNA
Responsibilities include performing the daily living activities for seniors, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and moving them. CNA's are also responsible for performing proper charting and actively communicating with the licensed nursing staff.
Laundry Worker
This position is responsible for completing our daily laundry workload in accordance with all federal, state, and local standards.
Recreation Therapy Assistant
This highly visible position involves assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical, mental, psychosocial, spiritual and recreational programs to enhance the residents' quality of life. Our recreation therapy staff help to ensure a high quality of life for our residents and sponsor numerous social activities every day for them. This position requires a positive attitude, great communication skills, someone who enjoys having fun, and a strong feeling of compassion for our senior residents.
Therapists
Brookcrest retains a dynamic rehabilitation team consisting of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, PTA's, COTA's, Speech and Language Pathologists. The rehab team primarily works with residents on our 45 bed, medicare certified, rehabilitation unit.
Housekeeper
Our housekeepers are responsible for performing the routine housekeeping activities that assure the safety and cleanliness of our facility in all areas, including residents rooms, common areas, offices, dining halls, and restrooms. This position requires a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Dietary Aide
The people who perform our dietary aide positions are responsible for preparing and assembling resident meal trays. They ensure that wholesome, appetizing, nutritious meals are provided to the residents of our facility at all times. This position requires someone with a positive attitude and good work ethic who enjoys working with others in a team environment.
